5.3 You acknowledge that not all fines are eligible for discounts.
6. Payment Processing
6.1 You are solely responsible for payment of all traffic fines, regardless of notification timing.
6.2 Our Service facilitates payment processing but does not pay fines on your behalf.
6.3 You must ensure sufficient funds are available when making payments through our Service.
7. Vehicle License Renewal
7.1 We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of upcoming vehicle license renewals.
7.2 You authorize us to process vehicle license renewals on your behalf when you request this service.
7.3 You must provide all required information and documentation for the renewal process.
8. Fees and Charges
8.1 Our notification and renewal services are provided free of charge.
8.2 You are responsible for paying:
- All traffic fines in full (unless a discount is secured)
- All vehicle license renewal fees as mandated by relevant authorities
- Delivery fees for physical license documents
8.3 Payment processing may be subject to third-party payment processor terms and conditions.
9. Delivery Services
9.1 We will arrange delivery of renewed vehicle licenses to the address provided in your account.
9.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
9.3 You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
10. Limitations of Liability
10.1 The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
10.2 We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
10.3 We are not responsible for late payments, penalties, or additional fines incurred due to system errors, delays in notifications, or delivery issues.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
